  • What is the Return Policy?
    All sales are final! If there is an issue with the product that was not in the description or pictured on the site, please send us an email and each inquiry will reviewed.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after order has been shipped. Tracking will be sent via email within 48 hours after the item has shipped.
  • How do I create an accessory box?
    Once you have selected an available bag, you will then go to the “Shop” drop down box and select the “Create a Box” tab. You will see 3 options, select one to add to cart.
  • What are your delivery options?
    If you are located with in 15 miles of Washington DC orders can be delivered. All other others will be shipped via USPS.
  • How do I return an item?
    All sales are final, but a one time exchange is allowed.
  • How can I contact your couriers?
    Online or telephone , using tracking number provided.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes! Rates may vary
  • What is your exchange policy?
    Send item back within 5 days from the receipt of item. Items must be sent back unworn in original conditions with tags attached. Additional shipping cost for exchanged orders are customers responsibility.
